The arm (BE) has an end equipped with a coupling part (PCE) that is attached to a drive axle (AE) by a nut (ES). The coupling part is provided with a holding leg on a lower face for axial maintenance of the part (PT) of a washing liquid supply pipe (TA). A casing (CE) has a central part (PCC) partially surrounded by another peripheral part (PP2) that includes a semi-annular housing (LS) extending an open housing in order to place a portion (PT2) of the part of the pipe. The peripheral part is provided with a leg (PM2) projecting towards an inner side for maintenance of the part of the pipe. An independent claim is also included for a windscreen wiper of a vehicle.
