The device has a rigid and flexible material element (1) whose lower part is arranged with a container that is externally wrapped by a flexible material sheet (24) attached with a tightening link (25) in upper sheet portion. The lower part determining shape and volume of the container co-acts in the upper sheet portion by a peripheral joint with a hollow cylindrical central element (2) that allows passage of a bunch of flowers. The tightening link is pressed on the central element. The flexible material element includes a set of thread-like rods (1J, 1S) and forms a convex circular arc.
