The tool has a support (2) including a coupling part (21) that is connected to a holding part and a hollow shaft part (22), which comprises an auxiliary support element (221) and an auxiliary rotary element (222). A drive unit includes a stator (31) coupled with the hollow shaft part to receive electricity for generating magnetic force. A rotor (32) is located outside the stator and rotated by the magnetic force. Two ends of a pin (33) are coupled respectively with the rotor and a tool head (4). The auxiliary support and rotary elements are driven by the rotor to rotate the tool head. The auxiliary support element and the auxiliary rotary element are formed as ball bearings.
