The belt (1) has a right eye-piece (2) and a left eye-piece (3) for allowing a handicapped player to place an accessory of billiards such as a brace and a rake, where the belt is made of a closed fabric band intended to be placed around the neck of the player. A removable connection system (5) is provided at an upper end of the belt, where the connection system removably connects the fabric band by a hook and loop fastener. The eye-pieces are located respectively on either side of the neck of the player, where each eye-piece is reinforced by a flexible plastic band (8).
