The drawer has a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall, and two opposed lateral walls for forming a container, which is opened at top. Largely recessed lateral faces (a) comprise cut outs forming an opening having a surface area between 50 and 95 percent of surface area of each lateral wall. Each face includes a horizontal longitudinal heel on a lower edge for ensuring slip between the drawer and a horizontal longitudinal strip of a trolley. The heel is made of plastic. An illumination ramp system (e) includes batteries and LED type bulbs controlled by a switch.
