Method for warning driver about collision hazards in vision range of driver of vehicle, involves coordinating warning patterns between two haptic warning devices, between visual warning devices or between acoustic warning devices
The method involves receiving status data from multiple collision prevention systems. Multiple warning states, multiple driving conditions and multiple states of a vehicle (10) are determined to determine a warning mode based on the status data. Multiple warning patterns between two different haptic warning devices (50), between two visual warning devices (54) or between two different acoustic warning devices (52) are optionally coordinated based on the warning mode. The warning patterns are changed by a pattern determination module based on vehicle inner space states. An independent claim is also included for a control system for warning a driver of a vehicle.
