Method for manufacturing towel, involves spacing apart core yarn and covering yarn from each other, such that core yarn and covering yarn are separated from each other in coloring of pile warp in terry fabric
The method involves forming a terry cloth by providing a pile warp (3) which is made by braiding or twisting of the core yarn, and covering yarn or covering core yarn with covering yarn between weft threads (2). The pile warp is colored in terry fabric. The bleaching and bath tissue are rinsed, and the lower portion in terry cloth is colored. The core yarn and covering yarn are spaced apart from each other, such that the core yarn and covering yarn are separated from each other in the coloring of pile warp in terry fabric. The?composite fiber is made of polyester and polyamide. An independent claim is included for a towel.
