Method for determining vehicle traffic generation probability in traffic stream direction of road network, involves determining traffic generation probability based on determined local traffic flow, traffic influx and traffic outflow
The method involves determining (101) a local traffic flow in the traffic stream direction in front of the access road and before the exit. Other local traffic flow is determined (103) in the traffic stream direction after the access road or after the exit. The traffic influx and traffic outflow are determined (102) in the access road. The vehicle traffic generation probability is determined (104) based on the determined local traffic flow, traffic influx and traffic outflow. An independent claim is included for device for determining vehicle traffic generation probability in traffic stream direction of road network.
