The chip (1) has a normal operating system (HLOS) which is adapted for generating and maintaining an uncertain runtime environment setup. A security operating system (SecureOS) is configured for generating and maintaining a secure run-time environment (Trust Zone) setup. The firewall and filter rules (FRL) are implemented in the secure runtime environment under the administration of the secure operating system. A filter (F-TCP-IP) is implemented in the uncertain runtime environment under the administration of the normal operating system in the uncertain runtime. An independent claim is included for method of operating terminal.
