The contact (60) has a guiding element (65), and a spring element (70) comprising a spring section (90) with spring arcs (120, 125, 130, 140). The guiding element has a guiding section (170) for guiding the spring section in a direction. The guiding element has another guiding section (180) arranged at the former guiding section. The spring section is engaged opposite to the former guiding section such that the spring section is guided in another direction that is aligned opposite to the former direction. The guiding sections are formed as a single-piece.
