Memory cell for use in motor car, has first current collector, second current collector, first current tap and second current tap resting on rib and connected to rib, where lid is provided with base plate that closes housing
The cell (1) has a housing (2) tightly sealed by a lid (3). An electrochemical cell is provided in the housing, where the electrochemical cell is provided with first and second current collectors. The first and second current collectors are connected to a first current tap (7) and a second current tap (8). The lid is provided with a base plate (9) that closes the housing. The first current collector, the second current collector, the first current tap and the second current tap rest on a rib (4), and are connected to the rib. The rib is an integral part of the base plate. The electrochemical cell is designed as lithium-ion rechargeable battery, nickel-metal hybrid battery or the lithium metal polymer battery.
