The duct (10) has metallic base portion (12) that is provided with longitudinal aperture. A manhole cover (14) is provided for closing the aperture in metallic base portion. The manhole cover is provided with electrically insulating cover base portion (16) and cover panel (18). The cover base portion has locking unit that attaches cover base portion to metallic base portion in latched state, while cover panel does not attaches to metallic base portion in latched state. The cover panel completely covers the opening of metallic base portion towards interior direction.
