Test sample device for optical microscope utilized for imaging sample in various shining states, has nano-structures making optical far field uncoupling at changing locations at surface and generating different light conditions
The device has an excitation module (14) for generating surface plasmons (13) with frequencies of a viewable spectral region in a metal film (12) of a sample body. The excitation module produces a standing wave field. A control device is connected with the excitation module and controls such that the control device in standing wave field maxima of the surface plasmons is adjustable at different nano-structures (15, 16) e.g. projections or recesses. The nano-structures make an optical far field uncoupling at changing locations at a surface and generate different light conditions. An independent claim is also included for a testing method for an optical microscope.
