Spring strut mounted in vehicle, has reinforcement element that is axial secured at stop buffer surrounded by reinforcing pipe having several radially-directed flanges
The spring strut has a bearing port (4) for arranging on a vehicle housing. A bearing (6) is arranged between the bearing port and a first spring plate (8) for a vehicle suspension spring (9). The bearing port is supported over a bearing input section (5) of the bearing. A reinforcement element is axial secured at a stop buffer (11). The bearing port is connected to the free end of a piston rod (3) which projects into a cylinder (1). The stop buffer is surrounded by a reinforcing pipe (14) having several radially-directed flanges (16,19).
