Method for outputting statement to turn on drive unit of motor vehicle, involves outputting statement to turn on drive unit of vehicle, in response to second point of time at which continuation of journey is enabled to vehicle
The method involves detecting whether the motor vehicle crosses halt line due to ban indicated by traffic signal came to halt. A first point of time at which the traffic signal releases the halt line for vehicles is determined. Number of vehicles located between the motor vehicle and halt line is detected. A second point of time at which continuation of journey enabled to vehicle is determined. A statement for turning on drive unit of motor vehicle is outputted in response to determined second point of time at which continuation of journey is enabled to vehicle. An independent claim is included for a device for outputting statement to turn on drive unit of motor vehicle.
