Fundamental shaft for supporting tools in sliding cam system, has sliding cam rotationally fixed on shaft by toothed hub profile, and cam shaft adjuster secured on shaft, where key supporting section is provided in toothing section
The shaft (1) has a sliding cam (4) rotationally fixed on the shaft by a toothed hub profile, where the sliding cam is arranged to be axially displaced. A cam shaft adjuster (9) is secured on the shaft, and a key supporting section is provided in a toothing section (2), where the key supporting section is executed as a two-edge profile (10). The key supporting section is incorporated at an end region of the toothing section, where the key supporting section is prepared by milling.
