The starting element (100) has a driving end-side bearing arrangement (130) i.e. rolling bearing arrangement, formed and arranged between a drive hub (110) and an output hub (120), so that a form-fit rotatable connection is formed between the drive hub and the output hub around a rotational axis of the drive hub and the output hub and axial to the rotational axis. Forces (140) occurring in both directions parallel to the rotational axis are transferred from the drive hub to the output hub through the form-fit connection axial to the rotational axis.
