The clothing has a main portion that is made of a knitted fabric. Both sides of the main portion are reciprocally coated with the polyurethane. The high water-tightness of the clothing is achieved with high wear-resisting quality. The implantation of dirt, bacterium and mushroom in the sheet is prevented to achieve the long-term favorable hygienic properties. The material is checked on pollutant freedom and scientifically classified as hazardous to health substances respectable to the skin. The internally and externally sealed water-tightness of the main portion can be achieved.
