Actuator device used as stable valve for hydraulic valve applications in motor car technology, has permanent magnet unit that produces axial magnetic repulsive force between permanent magnet and coil units for expansion of plunger unit
The device has magnetic effective shape memory alloy material axial elongated plunger unit (10) cooperated with permanent magnet unit (16) to perform length variation along axial direction against return force in response to energization of coil unit (12). The coil unit coaxially encloses and partially surrounds plunger unit. The permanent magnet unit produces axial working magnetic repulsive and attraction forces between the permanent magnet and coil units respectively for expansion and contraction of plunger unit in response to energization of two polarities of drive signal.
