The cell has an upper side photovoltaic layer sequence that converts incident light into current, and a shaded underside facing away from the light. The sequence that generates current is connected to a functional layer sequence of the cell for improving current yield, where the functional layer sequence is formed on bottom of the photovoltaic layer sequence in a shaded region. All layers of the cell are coated with continuous composite and rolled up on a flexible support, where the composite have diameter of 1 cm. The functional layer sequence comprises a layer sequence selected from a group consisting of thermoelectric double layer, structured peltier layer sequence, capacitive buffering double layer and structured-chemical buffering load layer. The layers of the cell are formed as thermal compacted layer, inorganic layer, amorphous and polycrystalline layer. The cell comprises inorganic solid layers, which essentially consist of metals, metal alloys, inorganic and non-ionic semiconductor compounds.
