The puller (20) has a base (29) in which a frame (21) is pivotally mounted around a first axis (30). A spring-elastic element (22) applies a bias voltage around the first axis on the frame. A first guide element (23) is provided on the base for guiding a covering film (10). A second guide element (24) is provided at the frame for guiding the covering film. A drivable conveyor wheel (26) is provided for pulling the covering film over first and second guide elements into a receptacle. A third guide element (32) is provided between guide elements (23,24) for supporting covering film. An independent claim is included for feeding device for feeding component belts to mounting machine.
