The implant has a micro generator (10) provided with a maximum length of 2 cm, where a receiver unit is provided in the implant. A hearing worm is electrically stimulated in a tympanic cavity. A module (13) exhibits a maximum length of 4 mm and a maximum diameter of 2 mm. An anode (11) and/or a cathode (12) are connected with a housing of the micro generator over a line and engage into a dwelling of the micro generator. The micro generator is surrounded by a dwelling that is made of plastic, glasses and/or ceramics. The micro generator is controllable over an external unit.
