Use of resveratrol and/or their analogues for cancellation of resistance to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and/or repealing the paradoxical reaction to acetylsalicylic acid (PRASA) or other NSAIDs, is claimed. An independent claim is also included for a combination comprising at resveratrol and/or their analogs and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for preventing or treating platelet aggregation.
