Centralization and decentralization device for ventilating e.g. working space of office building, has heat exchanger exchanging heat from waster air to fresh air, and sound-absorbing material forming housing of ventilation units
The apparatus has a heat exchanger i.e. foldable heat exchanger, exchanging heat from waster air to fresh air. A sound-absorbing material or materials e.g. closed cellular or open-pore plastic foam, non-woven fabrics material made of an organic material e.g. wool or polyester fibers or inorganic fibers form housing of ventilation units. The apparatus is integrated into a front part or into a thermal protective sheath of a building. A blower is connected with an air channel and formed on an outer side of a ventilation system. Plates (1, 2) include finite thickness (7).
