The valve (1) has first and second disks (10, 20) provided with first and second openings (11, 21). The first disk is slid opposite to the second disk such that non-over-cutting position of the first and second openings is closed and overlapping position of the first and second openings is opened. The first and second openings are provided with first and second circumference contours (12, 22), which are provided with portions of first and second section contours (13, 23). The portion of the second section contour corresponds to negative of the portion of the first section contour. The first portion contour is a circular arc. The second portion contour is an oval arc.
