Method for calibrating belt weigher for continuous flow rates detection of bulk material in cement plant, involves determining error value of belt weigher, where calibration of weigher is performed during operation of conveying belt
The method involves applying a test weight on a balancing bridge (2) with measuring point (P2) with first distance (a1) to a starting point (P1) of a measuring section. Actual value of balancing bridge loads for belt sections is measured. Measurement points (P3, P4) are located at second and third distances to the starting point. Error value of a belt weigher is determined by difference of the measurement values, where the calibration of the weigher is performed during continuous operation of a conveying belt (1).
