The beam has a metal strip shear-resistantly attached on a lower side of the beam parallel to the beam. The beam is structurally made fit. A full threaded screw is guided through wood in a lower region of the beam parallel to the beam. Concrete strips are provided on an upper side of the beam parallel to the beam. A slit groove is formed in the concrete strips. A metal cover is adhered round around the beam. A wooden support is provided. A plastic cover with glass fibers is adhered round around the beam. A compression strut with a traction rope is installed on the lower side of the beam.
