The bag (1) has a holder (5) with a plug connection, and a clickable clamping device (6) with a deflection roller, where the bag is attached outside a frame triangle of a bicycle at a lower side of a down tube (2), and largely fastened at the frame triangle. Fastening belts (7) and adapter belts are provided for the bag. A bendable plastic plate is provided in a lower base of a front part. The base is lifted by cord pulling units and/or the belts, and fixed in a desired position. A cavity for a cable and the pulling units is provided between a female plug connection part and the down tube.
