The profile (1) has a series of projections (19) arranged in longitudinal direction. One or multiple profile windings are adjacent with one or multiple other projections. The discontinuities are caught on another side of the profile or along a connecting element. A relative displacement is prohibited or restricted between adjacent windings in the longitudinal direction. A series of projections or other discontinuities are formed as stamping. An independent claim is included for a flat body with a center body.
