Method for protecting underground pit fields and mountain parts before endangering groundwater flows containing eventual pollutant, involves rerouting groundwater flows from protective screen, where flows are evacuated before screen
The method involves collecting groundwater that is raised and discharged for a day. Predetermined cracks, crevices and gaps are closed by artificial freezing and a protective screen (1) at distance from the underground pit and/or mountain parts to be protected and permitted to guide the groundwater to underground pit fields (2) and mountain parts. Groundwater flows (5, 5') are rerouted from the protective screen and/or evacuated before the protective screen. A fracture system of aquifers is tested at distance from the protected pit fields or mountainous parts. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing and maintaining an underground guard screen for pit fields and/or mountain parts.
