The device has a heat supply fluid that flows through a heat exchanger with separated channels for the heat supply fluid and a heat transfer fluid. One of the channels is a box-shaped heat supply-flow chamber and the other channel is a heat transfer-flow channel made of multiple parallel, round pipes (2). The turbulator-rings (3,12) are attached on an outer surface of the tubular heat transfer-flow chamber, so that the heat supply-flow chamber is narrowed at the position of the turbulator-ring. The turbulator-rings are rectangular or triangular in the cross-section.
