The crown has a head (3) rotating freely at an end of an intermediate sliding ring without rotating along a tube, where the ring guides the head axially, and the crown compresses an O-ring (7) in a sealed manner in winding position without preventing rotation of the crown by an exterior ring (1). Lengths of the crown and stops are determined, so that threads of the stops and the crown are engaged during normal use and a non-round anti-rotation system is coupled. Small axial clearance with respect to the head allows the crown to be in final position under spring force of movement stem.
