FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and can be used for treating cancer metastases into inguinal and femoral lymph nodes. Two semi-oval incisions parallel to the inguinal fold are used to incise the skin and subcutaneous fat from the anterior superior iliac spine to the ligament of the abdominal external oblique muscle. Dermis fat grafts are separated upwards up to the aponeurosis of the abdominal external oblique muscle and downwards to the middle of the femoral triangle. The inguinal ligament is transected, and the fascia of the abdominal external oblique muscle is removed. Pre-pubic subcutaneous fat is separated with exposing a base of the femoral triangle. The subcutaneous fat is incised from the anterior superior iliac spine to the middle of the femoral triangle. The great saphenous vein atrium to the femoral vein is separated and skeletonised. The subcutaneous fat is incised from the pubic tubercle to an apex of the femoral triangle. This provides preparing a tissue block on two pedicles from subcutaneous fat and lymph nodes of the femoral triangle and femoral canal. The block is removed by transecting the pedicles. That is followed by iliac lymphadenectomy.;EFFECT: method enables reducing the process of cicatrisation, a probability of wound infection, and improving the aesthetic effect.;1 ex
