FIELD: power engineering.;SUBSTANCE: complex district thermal power plant for environmentally safe processing of solid domestic wastes with production of thermal energy and building materials comprises 2 shops: a waste burning shop (WBS) and a thermal shop, besides, the waste burning shop comprises a hopper block, a block of SDW burning in a rotary furnace of drum type, a smoke treatment unit, a water treatment and heat recovery unit, an ash recycling unit, which comprises a melting reactor lined from inside, a plasmatron, an ash hopper with a mechanism of ash input, a system of melt drain and slag pelletising, a source of power supply, a system of smoke gases treatment. The melting reactor of the ash recycling unit comprises a metal water-cooled jacket, the ash recycling unit comprises an air compressor and a water pump for cooling of electrodes of the plasmatron and the jacket of the melting reactor, the system of treatment of smoke gases of the ash recycling unit comprises an afterburner, a vortex scrubber (a centrifugal bubbling device) with an alkaline solution, a sleeve filter for treatment from solid admixtures and a collector of ash residue (secondary ash).;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase environmental safety of SDW burning and to reduce pollution of environment.;1 dwg
