摘要

The utility model relates to a technology and means for the production of fatty acid methyl ester (FAME), which is a basic component of biodiesel added into diesel fuel in standard concentrations established requirements of the relevant standards. The object of the proposed utility model is to provide a secure and reliable technology complex high performance for making the base component of biodiesel (FAME) from vegetable raw materials, including oils and fats with a high content of FFA, including waste (frying) oil. The use of the proposed utility model increases yield of the methyl ester of fatty acids (FAME), increased installation reliability of operation, it is possible to accurately monitor and manage the set of process parameters. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed unit for the production of biodiesel in a microwave field is composed of the working container provided with a changeover valve and a pump connected to a closed loop direct conduit with embedded therein a control valve and a return line, a waveguide, a magnetron sealingly connected to waveguide magnetron power supply unit connected to magnetron power cable and a control valve control unit connected with a temperature sensor signal cables, races Assumption in the return conduit, and a control valve, the straight pipe portion made of a dielectric material transparent to the microwave field, is located inside the waveguide.
