MULTI-VITAMIN / MINERAL COMPOSITION FOR COMBATING EFFECTS OF ECOLOGICAL STRESS; IMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT AND ACTIVITY IMPROVEMENT, AIMED AT THE INSUFFICIENCY OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS WITHOUT NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS OF THE MEGADOZA FOOD ADDITIVE
1. A method of increasing the activity of a person in need thereof, comprising (a) administering a food supplement containing (1) an effective amount of vitamin B1, an effective amount of vitamin B2, an effective amount of nicotinic acid, an effective amount of vitamin B6, an effective amount of biotin and an effective amount of pantothenic acids; and (2) where the mass ratio of biotin to vitamin B1 is from 1:20 to 1:25; where the mass ratio of biotin to vitamin B2 is from 1:25 to 1:30; where the mass ratio of biotin to nicotinic acid is from 1: 310 to 1: 330; where the mass ratio of biotin to vitamin B6 is from 1:30 to 1:35; where the mass ratio of biotin to pantothenic acid is from 1: 110 to 1: 130; and (b) where the person has increased activity. 2. The method according to claim 1, where the percentage mass ratio of biotin to vitamin B1 is about 1: 22.3. The method according to claim 1, where the percentage mass ratio of biotin to vitamin B2 is about 1: 28.4. The method according to claim 1, where the percentage mass ratio of biotin to nicotinic acid is about 1: 320.5. The method according to claim 1, where the percentage mass ratio of biotin to vitamin B6 is approximately 1: 32.6. The method according to claim 1, where the percentage mass ratio of biotin to pantothenic acid is about 1: 120.7. The method of claim 1, wherein the effective amount of vitamin B1 is from about 1 to about 2 mg. The method of claim 7, wherein the effective amount of vitamin B1 is about 1.4 mg. The method of claim 1, wherein the effective amount of vitamin B2 is from about 1 to about 2 mg. The method of claim 9, wherein the effective amount of vitamin B2 is about 1.75 mg.
