1. Universal truck (100) to restore safe and suitable road conditions by cleaning the road surface, where the named truck has the following equipment: - tanks containing: clean water; water mixed with a special washing liquid and a special liquid for processing pavement (803); emulsion obtained when collecting washing / treating liquids and polluting oil products; - a barrel for supplying water under pressure, including adjustment of the sprayed spray, (802), which ensures spraying of the spray of the aforementioned solution onto the pavement, where, as a result of accidents or breakdowns, they may spill out vehicles polluting functional fluids; - suction system (804) suitable for removing from the road surface the aforementioned emulsion (806) obtained by mixing polluting materials erialov with washing / treatment solution (803); in addition, solid / biodegradable debris related to the usual elements of car equipment (broken glass, plastic and metal parts, remaining structural parts, etc.) is removed / absorbed (805); - reservoirs containing the emulsion formed ( 806) and the remaining parts that are temporarily stored in the territory of the company that performed the work, after which they are finally delivered to special enterprises with the appropriate permit, where they are processed and disposed of are subject to certain operating procedures, subject to applicable environmental regulations
