Catheterization method epidural space, comprising the insertion of the catheter into the epidural space through the puncture needle with a curved end section which is located in the cephalic direction, characterized in that an epidural needle with a curved end administered paramedian access epidural needle slice oriented laterally to the side of a proposed transaction rotation epidural needle at 40-60 °, after which the catheter is 3-4 cm from the tip of the needle.
