1. A method of treating a patient suffering from a pathology of a joint of a lower limb, comprising: (a) attaching the device to the foot of a patient, comprising fastening means for attaching to the foot, a support member operatively attached to the fastening means, and movable front and rear protrusions, (b) adjusting the rear and front protrusions in a balanced position, including the position in which the device provides a decrease in inversion or a decrease in the eversion of the patient's foot during the phases of support, and (c) attaching the rear and front heights UPOV to the support member in said balanced position ensuring thereby treating a patient suffering a pathology konechnosti.2 bottom joint. The method according to claim 1, wherein the tuning step further includes: (a) adjusting the elasticity of the front protrusion, rear protrusion, or a combination thereof, (b) adjusting the hardness of the front protrusion, rear protrusion, or a combination thereof, (c) adjusting the elasticity of the front protrusion, rear a protrusion or combination thereof, (d) or performing any combination of steps (a), (b) and (c). 3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the tuning step further includes: (a) adjusting the height of the front protrusion, the rear protrusion, or a combination thereof, (b) adjusting the convexity of the front protrusion, the rear protrusion, or a combination thereof, (c) adjusting the weight of the front protrusion, the rear protrusion or a combination thereof, and (d) performing any combination of steps (a), (b) and (c). 4. The method according to claim 1, whereby a balanced position is additionally achieved by synchronizing the heel lift during balancing.
