The invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used in metallurgy and mechanical engineering for the measurement of length and speed of a fast moving object in limited space. A utility model may be used in the process for manufacturing rolled billet length control, for example when rolling wide-flange beams. The technical result of application of the utility model was to ensure accurate and reliable measurement result of the length and rolled speed. A positive effect is achieved due to the fact that utility model comprises two illuminator optically coupled with two fotobarernymi sensors, optical light receiving unit, the electronic unit analog processing of the Doppler signal, a digital signal processing unit, which is connected fotobarernye sensors.
