A system for automatically controlling the operation of modem small-sized spacecraft from ground flight control center satellite coherent system containing modem transceiver antenna logical device consisting of an integrator, a comparator and logic coincidence "I", and the key, wherein the first port of the modem is connected to the input an integrator whose output is connected to an input of a comparator, whose output is connected to a first input coincidence logic circuit "AND", the second port of the modem is connected to a second input of the NAND coincidence circuit "I", the output of which is connected through a switch to a modem input.
