The inventive method of preventing reproductive function complications in the treatment of male and radial chemotherapeutic methods of cancer, characterized in that for 21-72 days before presumptive radiotherapy or chemotherapy patient subcutaneously, intramuscularly or intranasally administered analogues (agonists or antagonists) gonadotropin-releasing hormone ( GnRH) for the purpose of braking (termination) endogenous secretion of gonadotropins by the pituitary, which in turn leads to inhibition or complete cessation spermatogenesis, making thus spermatogenic epithelium is less sensitive to the adverse effects of radiation or chemotherapy.
