According to the present invention, a method to calculate damage to equipment and people caused by explosion-induced pressure inside and outside a tunnel includes an explosion-induced pressure and impact calculating step (S110) of calculating explosion-induced pressure and impact to each target according to a position of a target and an explosion position when at least one of the explosion position of an explosion-induced pressure type weapon and the position of the target is in the tunnel; a people target vulnerability calculating step (S120) of calculating a lethal radius according to an incapacitation ratio when the target is the number of people, and calculating the explosion-induced pressure and the impact on the people target according to each lethal radius; a people target incapacitation probability calculating step (S130) of calculating an incapacitation probability of each people target; an equipment target vulnerability calculating step (S140) of calculating the explosion-induced pressure and the impact on an equipment target in the lethal radius when the target is equipment; an equipment target breakage probability calculating step (S150) of calculating a breakage probability of each equipment target; and a target damage degree calculating step (S160) of calculating a damage degree of the whole equipment target or the whole people target from the incapacitation probability of each people target calculated in the people target incapacitation probability calculating step (S130) and the breakage probability of each equipment target calculated in the equipment target breakage probability calculating step (S150).
