Disclosed is an intertidal-zone-applied device for generating land use information. The device of the present invention generates grids with respect to a region corresponding to an intertidal zone from coastline and standard sea level data of an electronic navigation chart, predicts a tide level of each of the grids using a harmonic constant of each of the generated grids, and determines the grids corresponding to each of the time-based intertidal zones by adding the depth of seawater of each of the grids to the predicted tide level of each of the grids in order to merge the grid corresponding to the intertidal zone into the inputted land use status.
