The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a health promotional beverage having an anti-helicobacter pylori activity and to a health promotional beverage having an anti-helicobacter pylori activity manufactured thereby. More specifically, the manufacturing method includes the steps of: heating Molokhia in boiling water after placing the Molokhia in a pressure container; ripening a Molokhia extract from which pulp is removed and bee wax that are soaked in pure alcohol having purity of 99.99% in a dark chamber at room temperature; and mixing the Molokhia extract from which pulp is removed and water. The health promotional beverage: includes ingredients in which polyphenol contained in Molokhia and propolis contained in bee wax are mixed; has an excellent antibacterial effect on helicobacter pylori; and provides effects beneficial to the human body.
