The present invention relates to a method of welding an aluminum bar and an aluminum thin sheet which includes: a first step of vertically stacking aluminum thin sheets; a second step of forming a bulk part by performing a friction stir welding process on the aluminum thin plates; a third step of cutting one end portion of the bulk part; and a fourth step of performing the friction stir welding process to weld the bulk part, which is cut, and the aluminum bar. According to the method of welding an aluminum bar and an aluminum thin sheet, delamination of the welded aluminum sheet or formation of pores on the welded part is prevented. Therefore, a defective booth bar is prevented from being manufactured during a manufacturing process of a booth bar.
