The present invention relates to a method for cultivating microalgae using a perfusion cultivation process. More specifically, provided is the method for cultivating microalgae using a perfusion cultivation process which comprises the steps of: inoculating microalgae after preparing culture liquid by supplying a nitrogen source to a culture medium; filtering after growing the microalgae by irradiating light to a mixture solution of the culture liquid and the microalgae; and growing the microalgae by irradiating light thereto after preparing culture liquid supplied with a carbon source in the culture medium and then exposing the same to the filtered microalgae.
