The present invention relates to a method of compensating for a pumping rate naturally and gradually decreasing when an underground water level in a borehole descends according to an elapsed time when pumping by installing an underwater motor pump in the borehole. According to the present invention, there is provided a method of compensating for drawdown of a pumping test by a natural decrease in a pumping rate, by solving problems of prior pumping test methods having inconvenience due to requiring a continuous valve manipulation to constantly maintain the pumping rate during pumping tests and errors occurring from the valve manipulation; compensating for the pumping rate so that the pumping rate is identical to a case where the pumping rate is constantly maintained after a normal completion of the pumping without adjusting the pump to constantly maintain the pumping rate, so that the inconvenience due to continuous valve manipulation to constantly maintain the pumping rate during the pumping tests and the errors occurring from the valve manipulation are alleviated, and accuracy of a test result can be improved while reducing the number of experiment workers for valve manipulation and automatizing the pumping test.
