The present invention relates to an integrated mapping system between heterogeneous standards applied in SCADA and substation automation, including: a first standard communication module for performing communication with a substation level according to a first communication standard model; a second standard communication module for performing communication with a higher control level according to a second communication standard model; an OPC-UA module for communicating according to an OPC-UA standard; a first mapping module for mapping a first standard data model according to the first communication standard model to an OPC-UA data model according to the OPC-US standard in the communication between the first standard communication module and the OPC-UA module; and a second mapping module for mapping a second standard data model according to the second communication standard model to the OPC-UA data model according to the OPC-UA standard in the communication between the second standard communication module and the OPC-UA module. Therefore, it is possible to interface among heterogeneous standards through mapping to the OPC-UA standard in a substation automation system using a heterogeneous standard, for example, IEC 61850 standard and IEC 61970 standard, among the heterogeneous standards and at the same time, it is possible to cope with application of a new standard or addition of a new equipment actively.
