The present invention discloses prestressed concrete/steel composite girders for inner span and outer span, a method for making the same, and a method for constructing a girder bridge using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the prestressed concrete/steel composite girder for outer span includes an I-shaped steel material connecting an upper flange and a lower flange to each other by a web, lower flange concrete adapted to surround the lower flange, a PS strand tightly embedded into the lower flange concrete to introduce compressive stress, wherein the PS strand includes a first PS strand having both ends fixed to both ends of the lower flange concrete by moving anchorages and a second PS strand having one end fixed to one end of the lower flange concrete by a moving anchorage and the other end fixed to a position spaced inward apart from the other end of the lower flange concrete by a given distance by a fixed anchorage. Further, the method for making the prestressed concrete/steel composite girder for outer span includes the steps of mounting both ends of an I-shaped steel material on a support having a spring constant of a value K or a fixing support allowing a space corresponding to the quantity of deflection of the spring at a position separated by a given distance from a negative moment generation section in a case of the girder for outer span and mounting both ends of the I-shaped steel material on a support having a spring constant of a value K at a position separated by a given distance from both ends thereof in a case of the girder for inner span.
